Covid- 19

In order that our guests may reserve their preferred weeks at no financial risk  we are currently guaranteeing to return 100% of any monies paid to us should your holiday not be able to take place due to lockdown restrictions imposed by either the Welsh, English or Scottish governments.

This guarantee is only available for guests who book direct with us.

There is also a temporary amendment to our terms and conditions as follows.

• "All guests are required to confirm that they and the rest of their party are free from any symptoms of Covid-19 before arrival. Should any of the party develop symptoms during their holiday they undertake to inform us immediately and return home to complete their period of self isolation"

Whilst we have always cleaned to a very high standard this will be become more important than ever in the immediate future and we will be updating our cleaning protocols in line with the latest guidance. Unfortunately this may mean that some of the room presentations may have to be changed to facilitate this and the summerhouse may not be accessible.

UPDATE 29/6/2020

Things are now starting to fall into place. We'll be putting full details of our new procedures etc on our new app, details of which will be sent to you once the final payment is made.
